The Next Step Is To Take Our Free Taster Session
This is a one hour session where you will learn more about what CrossFit is, what we deﬁne as “ﬁtness”, and will include a CrossFit workout scaled to your abilities after some basic instruction of movements. You can attend a free taster session on a Monday to Thursday at either 5:00pm 6:00pm or 7:00pm or at 8:00am or 9:00am on a Saturday. Third – Sign Up For Our On Ramp Course
Ready to rock ‘n roll? Take the first step by jumping into our 1 week ‘On Ramp’ course. The course will consist of 3 1-hour sessions, where you will be introduced to CrossFit through lectures, movements, and workouts (WODs). Each session builds on the previous one and so it is important to try and make all 3. The 3 sessions are on a Monday, Tuesday and a Friday (timings are below). We run 2 on ramp courses a month starting on the 1st and 3rd Mondays of each month. We offer flexibility by providing On Ramp classes in the morning, afternoon and evening.
Monday, Tuesday & Friday – 10:30am
Monday, Tuesday & Friday – 3pm
Monday, Tuesday 8:00pm & Friday 6pm
Each class will be led by a CF-L1 coach and you will be introduced to CrossFit’s fundamental movements, get accustomed to the different equipment we use, get used to the feel of how a class runs and gradually progress in intensity (how hard we work you) as the sessions progress. We will also use these sessions to show you how to use this website, our facebook page, how to record your training and get you familiar with our membership swipe card system.
This course has been designed to meet the fitness levels of any individual who possesses the desire to be better and is the best starting point for people who have never done any type of training and also those who have perhaps trained and have a good base level of fitness but never worked with the diversity of movements that we use in CrossFit.
By the end of the On-Ramp all your fears and apprehensions will be a distant memory and you will be ready to transition into the classes. At the end of the week you have 3 week’s UNLMITED membership included in the price of the On-Ramp to start you off on your CrossFit journey.

If you think you are too advanced for the On Ramp Course – ask yourself do you know what a kipping pull up is? Can you do them? If the answer is a kipping what then the On Ramp is the way to go.
If the answer is yes then maybe a one to one 90 min Fast Track is better for you. The Fast Track is good for people who have had previous exposure to barbell movements and high intensity training. These can be arranged at a time to suit you.

We do NOT have beginner or advanced classes. CrossFit workouts are completely scaleable and our expertise will ensure everyone regardless of ability or fitness level will receive the same stimulus from the workout.
