RCFV WEEKLY SCHEDULE

On Ramp

3 Classes to introduce individuals to CrossFit, taught in sequence over a week. Followed by 3 weeks of unlimited membership.  Starts on the first and third Mondays of every month.

WOD Class

Workout of the day performed in class. WODS run by coaches.

Open Gym

Time where you can catch up on a missed WOD, work your weakness, hit a main site WOD, do some mobility work – the choice is yours.

Strength/Mobility Room Open Gym

The upstairs mezzanine floor is open whenever open gyms or WOD classes are running.  Go up there to warm up or warm down, work skills, mobility or strength – the choice is yours.

Olympic Lifting

Class dedicated to the Olympic lifts aka the RCFV Barbell Club. Come and learn the two fastest lifts and the skills and drills needed to perform them successfully, based on Coach Burgeners methods.
