10 OHS 40/30kg

10 TTB
10 Ring Dips
10 KBS, 24/16kg

    2rds + 2 Ring dip (scaled to 5 ttb and 5 rd after first round as i was resting more than working) harder but good to work the goats

    25kg and ab mat
    2 rounds 8 ring dips
    TTB = knees as far as they go
    Jumping ring dips

  3. Bit of a goat WOD all round for me,
    1st AMRAP – 2 rounds 5 OHS.
    2nd AMRAP- 2 rounds 5 TTB.
    Both RX. Plenty to work on.

    B) 2 RDS + 7 ring dips
