3 Position Clean and Jerk
3 sets of: 3 Position Clean and Jerk.
Position One – High Hang, pockets – Jerk
Position Two – Hang, mid thigh – Jerk
Postition Three – Low Hang, below knee – Jerk

  1. Stayed light to focus on trekkers most lifts 40kg a few at 50kg

  2. Enjoyed this one,knowing I have issues(below the knee) when it gets heavy, this was ideal for skill development. 50-60-70. Managed 4 rounds at 70kg.
